N\u00e9anmoins, la partie avant reste l&rsquo;un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de design les plus importants. Chez BMW AG, on explore depuis quelques ann\u00e9es de nouvelles voies dans la conception et la fonctionnalisation de la partie avant. Depuis le d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 30, une calandre en forme de rein caract\u00e9rise le design de tous les mod\u00e8les BMW. Il existe m\u00eame un <a data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/BMW-Niere\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/BMW-Niere\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">article Wikipedia<\/a> \u00e0 ce sujet. \u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e8re de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectromobilit\u00e9 et de la r\u00e9duction significative du rayonnement thermique des moteurs \u00e9lectriques, la calandre n&rsquo;a plus qu&rsquo;une fonction limit\u00e9e de r\u00e9gulation de la temp\u00e9rature. De nombreux fabricants ont compl\u00e8tement abandonn\u00e9 ce composant. Chez BMW, on suit une autre voie. Pour le nouveau d\u00e9veloppement de la BMW iX, le module avant devait devenir un point fort du design avec une fonction et explorer d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s de design ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le d\u00e9fi de la forme et de la fonction<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vue de face, la BMW iX donne l&rsquo;illusion d&rsquo;une calandre classique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son aspect 3D r\u00e9aliste. Le composant plastique tridimensionnel est plus qu&rsquo;un simple \u00e9l\u00e9ment de design. La structure multimat\u00e9riaux comprend d&rsquo;une part des pi\u00e8ces brutes en technologie PC\/PUR et d&rsquo;autre part un film chauffant appliqu\u00e9 tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s de la surface. Un aspect essentiel est la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 aux capteurs, tels que les radars ou les lidars, pour mesurer la distance, la vitesse et la visibilit\u00e9. Le d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait donc d&rsquo;obtenir une apparence 3D proche de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 sans compromettre les fonctionnalit\u00e9s souhait\u00e9es.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, la surface de classe A est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 innovant de polyur\u00e9thane (PUR) par inondation, puis les couches colorantes sont appliqu\u00e9es au verso. Pour le rein BMW, le d\u00e9fi r\u00e9sidait dans la taille de la pi\u00e8ce, sa forme tridimensionnelle et la pr\u00e9cision requise pour obtenir les effets optiques souhait\u00e9s sans avoir \u00e0 d\u00e9couper le processus laser, ce qui entra\u00eene des points de d\u00e9part visibles lors de la conception. La r\u00e9ponse des experts en laser d&rsquo;ACSYS \u00e0 ce d\u00e9fi est le <a href=\"https:\/\/acsys.wp3.visual4.com\/fr\/insights-fr\/large-field-removal-decapage-de-la-peinture-sur-des-pieces-grandes-et-complexes\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1472\">Large Field Removal (LFR)<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie avanc\u00e9e <sup>LFR\u00ae<\/sup>, il est possible de traiter de grandes zones de travail en une seule fois. Toute la zone est trait\u00e9e sans mouvement d&rsquo;axe. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;usinage laser continu, la taille du spot du laser reste pr\u00e9cise et il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;amorces ou de chevauchements visibles lors de l&rsquo;usinage.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enl\u00e8vement partiel de couche par laser \u00e0 impulsions ultracourtes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2359\" href=\"https:\/\/acsys.wp3.visual4.com\/\/ultra-short-pulse-laser-uspl-eine-neue-dimension-der-praezisionsbearbeitung\/\">lasers \u00e0 impulsions ultracourtes (USPL)<\/a> permettent d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les couches de peinture et de rev\u00eatement sur les pi\u00e8ces sans endommager le mat\u00e9riau sous-jacent. Avec des dur\u00e9es d&rsquo;impulsion allant de la picoseconde \u00e0 la femtoseconde, ils permettent un contr\u00f4le sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie transmise au mat\u00e9riau. De cette mani\u00e8re, les impulsions ultracourtes permettent de cr\u00e9er des structures tr\u00e8s fines sur presque tous les mat\u00e9riaux sans les modifier thermiquement de mani\u00e8re significative. Pour le rein BMW, deux t\u00eates laser de 70 watts sont utilis\u00e9es pour l&rsquo;ablation laser simultan\u00e9e et l&rsquo;optimisation du temps de cycle qui en r\u00e9sulte.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie laser moderne, de nouveaux espaces de libert\u00e9 apparaissent dans la conception de produits et de composants pour l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur des automobiles. M\u00eame les grandes surfaces, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 2 000 x 2 000 mm, peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9cap\u00e9es couche par couche \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la technologie avanc\u00e9e <sup>LFR\u00ae<\/sup>.
